I provide therapy for anxious and overwhelmed women and moms by listening to all of the parts of them and helping them learn why they react the way they do.

The women I work with walk away from therapy with me feeling more able to find inner calm and peace amidst the chaos, understand their patterns and “cycles,” and have more self-compassion for themselves.

How it works

Life is stressful enough. I'd like to make this part as easy as possible.

Getting started doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. We begin with a brief, no-pressure phone consultation where you can ask questions, share what’s been weighing on you and get a sense of how I work. It’s simply a chance to see whether this feels like the right support for you.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll meet in 50-minute weekly or biweekly sessions. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s driving your anxiety and overwhelm, develop a deeper understanding of your inner world and build tools that help you feel more grounded and steady in your day-to-day life. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel supported and move toward more balance and ease over time.
